Over the past couple of months, I have been taking gradual steps to improve my writing; and it has finally paid off. I've greatly improved my writing skills, as evident in the papers I have written for this class. In doing so, I experienced all the steps of the writing process: writing, revising, editing and evaluating; and I believe I improved greatly in each of these areas. In the beginning, I seemed to have the hardest time organizing my ideas, thus making it appear I was contradicting my own argument. However, through various revisions, I believe I became a much more organized writer, making my arguments even stronger. This class strengthened my writing skills, and I plan on taking these skills with me throughout my college life and beyond.
