I know when things are due. I have done 2 labs and 1 quiz. I should do them all over again. I understand the duedate system and will try to the best of my abity to get it on time.

The main fous in the lab is to see how plant and animal cells differ.

1. Plant and animal cells are the same cause they both have a nucleus
2. Plant cells have a cellwall animal cells do not.
3. Methylene blue is used when observing cells to help it make it easier to see.
4. When weting the cells and puting them on a slide it makes them look alive. When dry look dead and hard to see.
5. Oak leaves are large and die easy. So the cell would die easy and that many oak leaves in class is to much.
6. Cells in your cheek are already liqud so simple to put on a glass slide.
7. I have not seen the cells of a dog or a tree but I imagine it would look like this. The or bark would be brown with lines and squares. The dog would look like a circule with small lines in it and other circules.
8. I would see if it had a vacule or cellwall then it woud be a plant cell.

The main hypothesis of the lab was to see how plant and animal cells differ. Also how plant and animal cell are the same. In the lab the biology teams were to do these procedures. Put a leave on a glass slide under a micorscope. Also take some sliva from your mouth on to your glass slide. This is how the lab was done. The questions in the lab asked the differnences of plant and animal cells. They both have a nucleus the plant only has a vacule.

1.The competencies performed were the safety issue use of micorscope.
2.I shared the the computer with my partner and helped with the answers.
3. I learned the difference of cells and how they look learned how to use lab materials and the duedates.
4. What I did well was work with my partner to finish the lab or get very far.
This lab was foused on the difference an the simalaritys of animals. In the lab I found some difference and some simalaritys by looking under the micorscope. The shape and lines it might be hard to fous with the micorscope to get a good picture. The drawings might not be 100% correct. still difference in animal and plant cells are there you just need to tell.
