Welcome to my portfolio! The portfolio was designed as a primary evaluation tool for the Teacher Education Program at the University of Washington. I believe that portfolios are an example of authentic assessment that allow students to illustrate their learning through multiple forms of evidence. At the same time, they are reflecting on this evidence and communicating that reflection coherently to others. The end result is more than a compilation of one's best work; it's a culminating experience that can result in new and significant learning for the student. Enjoy your visit!
